advice on Clenbuterol + Anavar for women?

Hi everyone,

I'm considering starting on clenbuterol and/or anavar so I'm really needing your advice!! This is my first time taking any gear so I'm a little nervous.

First, a little about me.:
- 22 yrs old
- 5'2", 115 lbs, asian w/ petite build
- perfect health :)

I'm in physical good shape from cardio, pilates, and yoga etc. and eat a good diet (high protein, low carbs, lots of veggies etc..) but would like to lose a stubborn 10 lbs or so. I'm happy with most of my body but just have never been able to get rid of a bit of annoying tummy flab -- i want a 6-pack but just can't achieve it no matter what i do.

I'm done A LOT of research and it seems that Clenbuterol and Anavar are the best options for me. i do NOT want to get bulky ( i love looking feminine) but would really like to tone up and get that 6pack. i'm lookin' a bit soft, esp around the middle :worried:

My question:
can i use Clen and Anavar together? If so, how would i stack them? I've read that women should start Clen at 20mcg/day and work up to 120mcg/day - and then stay at 120/day for 12 weeks. I was told to take Anavar for 12 weeks: 10mg/day for first 10 weeks and then 20 for the last two. Is this correct? Can I combine the 2 or would scary things happen to me?

I'd really appreciate any advice at all! thanks in advance!!

Hi Vixxie, welcome to the board!

I can't help you with the gear, but there are others here who can and they will be chiming in soon. The thing is, abs are built in the kitchen, TOTALLY diet/body fat related. You're not getting a six pack because you're not getting your bodyfat low enough to see abs (for a woman that generally has to be in the 15% and lower range).

While you might feel your diet is good, it has to be completely nailed down, to the gram of protein and fat. We need to see what you eat in a regular day, meal by meal, in as much detail as possible. Ideally, you should be logging your food in a diary like FitDay.com, knowing your macros (that's the proportions of protein, fat and carb) and calories.

I can tell you this much, if you do not have your diet 110% on point, no chemical enhancement will give you what you want, in fact, you could very well end up with results that make you really miserable. So you have to get on the ball with measuring and logging food, seriously.

Diet/training/rest are what produce fit looking bodies. Supplements come in way, way down on the list and for the average person who wants to look like a fitness model or say, Jillian Michaels, they don't even come into the picture.

Thanks Musclemom!

I will start a food diary like you suggested and report on the stats in a few days.

In the meantime, i went to the Health Central website for an estimate of my body fat percentage. the results were: "You have 14.4% body fat. You have 16.1 Pounds of fat and 95.9 Pounds of lean (muscle, bone, body water)." - obtained from the following information (measurements taken 5 mins ago today):

Age: 22
current weight: 112 lbs
sex: female
hips (widest): 25.5 (i rounded up to 26 because there are no room to type the decimal....)
calf (widest): 9.5
thigh (widest): 14.5
wrist: 4.25

I will post the results of my food log soon! thx again!

Folks are kind of split on the estimators that go by measurements. The best way to know what your bodyfat requires getting dunked (like a BodPod) or calipers being used by someone who is qualified.

But no matter what, everything is about a) diet; b) how you work out. Cardio, yoga and pilates aren't going to give you a lot of muscle growth, they're more about lengthening and smoothing the muscles and stretching. You get muscular growth from weight resistance training.

Vixxie, what have you tried? You're considering using some rather hardcore stuff to harden up.

I'd be very willing to bet there are better (side effect free) options to get to your fitness goals. Please detail your diet, training regime, and what supps you are now and have used in the past.

Wow..... I appreciated that response! That finally put all the thoughts of maybe turning to chemicals at rest for me. I ultimately want to be able to reach my goals via diet ALONE! ;) THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH!
