advice for jump start

I need some advice on getting some energy before I go into the gym...some days I am ok but I hate those days when I have no energy and dont feel like going until I cant do anymore ...is there anything I can take that will give me a crazy energy pump to workout hard?? I heard caffeine pills but i heard a lot of bad stuff about them to can anyone give me some tips?
 
There really isn't anything wrong w/ caffine pills. However, if you take to much caffine, it will act as a diuretic (sp?) and you will get the runs.

Here's a list of things that work for me...
1) ECA
2) Yohimbine (not yohimburn...check out TwinLabs Yohimbine Fuel)
3) Coffee (small amount...black...double brewed)

* I actually heard somewhere that the scent of peppermint can have stimulatory effects...so I chew peppermint gum while working out.

* Also, if you are just *feeling* sluggish, it always helps me to watch some Ultimate Fighting Championship Matches at full volume on my computer, with loud music on the stereo.

But that's just some of the stuff I do...hope it helps...
