Hey guys...this is my first post here and my first time doing a cycle so please excuse my NOOBness
I'll be doing my first test cycle for endurance sports (pretty much just cycling). I'm in my late 30's and just don't recover like i used to so i thought i'd give this a guy. I've been doing my research and think i have a plan as to what and how much to use but i thught i'd just run it by here for anyones input.
Now remember this is for endurance only and for the most part just recovery. I don't lift weights, i have a great diet and i've been riding a long time so my training is down. But after a few multi hour bike sessions going up and down hills, fast group rides, threshold work etc it's killing me. After a few weeks, months i'm just always fatigued, loss of sex drive etc. I can't really ask my doctor because he knows i race bikes and will just give me a 'do you think i'm stupid' face...so here i am.
so my plan is to do a low dose cycle.
125mg/week of Test E one injection a week. 125mg because it's easier to measure out a 1/2cc
200mg EQ/week again one injection a week
Arimidex - half a tab (0.5mg) every other day or every 3-4 days.....not sure about frequency here.
Clomid at the end for my PCT. still trying to figure out a dosage here since it's a low dose i'll be doing i don't know if i'll need much of the Clomid or not.
So a couple things....first i know the weightlifting guys will tell me i need to do 10x that amoungt if i want to see gains.....well i'm not after gains, i'm just after maintaining my test levels so that i recover better and can hit hard workout after hard workout.
My real questions are how long? i know people say 12 weeks is max length for a test cycle, but that's at much higher doses.....can i run a low dose longer? i was thinking 20 weeks (which is pretty much a vial), then 15 weeks for the EQ (again a vial) is that long enough? too long?
Should i run them at the same time with the EQ running out first then the test running on a bit longer? or stagger them somehow so they end at the same time?
Is there a particular day/time of day to pin which is best?
Now the end is where i'm still sorting things out...i don't want a massive drop in test just before a big race etc......any advice on that? Will just doing a run of Clomid at the end prevent this?
Is the Arimidex really necessary at such low does?
and finally the big question. Since i don't know any bodybuilder types my procurement of said things wasn't what i would consider ideal. So how do i know it's working or if i got a load of bunk?
btw...i did read the rules but if i said something i shouldnt have please feel free to yell at me.
