dont get fat because dieting flat out fucking sucks...im just venting here cuz im extremely disgusted with tonights leg workout im as weak as a fuckin school girl from all the cardio and no carbs...i swear if i EVER think about letting my bodyfat go above like 13% in the future i want someone from this website to personally hit me in the head with the blunt side of a fuckin axe...cuz getting to below 10% from 24 aint no damn picnic...ok im done
