dont get fat because dieting flat out fucking sucks...im just venting here cuz im extremely disgusted with tonights leg workout im as weak as a fuckin school girl from all the cardio and no carbs...i swear if i EVER think about letting my bodyfat go above like 13% in the future i want someone from this website to personally hit me in the head with the blunt side of a fuckin axe...cuz getting to below 10% from 24 aint no damn picnic...ok im done
 
i was in the same boat bro i went from 165 to 211 just in about 6 month eating 4000 to 5000 calories a day....i just recently made it back to about 8% from probably 15%, starting to put on size again....just maintenance calories plus 400 to start i'll be patient and adjust as i go......
 
I hear you bro, a year ago I was on 7000+ cals a day, with a couple of high gi carb meals in there and quickly got up to 14.5%. I try to never go over 10% now. Limit calories to 20X bw, and only eat carbs on workout days. Focus mainly on leaner cuts of meat (I get grass fed beef for free in somewhat limit quantites), lots of healthy fats (natty pb, walnuts, olive oil, flax oil, fish oil), raw veggies, and only very low gi carbs (limit high gi to post workout). This fall I'm going to bulk on no carbs and insulin, because I seem to be actually gaining a little lbm on my mkd right now. It should be alot more pronounced with another 2000 cals a day.
 
Damn, I eat way less calories than that and got up to 23%. I just drank to much and than pigged out late at night on pizza and cheese steak subs. Probably 3,500 calories or less per day but all the wrong kind and at the worst possible time.
