Advice for a bigger butt.

I'm a 20 year old female I gain and lose weight pretty easy. Haven't been too active but still am lean. I'm looking to start working out to build my lower body though especially my glutes. Any tips on my journey to a bigger rounder butt?
 
These lifts will help out a lot

Stay very consistent with your workouts

I like to hit legs on Monday and Friday give me plenty of rest in between

Squats :I find sumo squats really target the glutes well for me

Lunges 25 reps with Dumbbells

Women really also enjoy hip thrusters if you do them on the smith machine you could put a nice amount of weight on there and focus on squeezing ur glutes


If u use the leg press put ur toes on the very end of the platform and keep ur form tight

If ur not sure about any of these then you tube them

Can't argue with a lady who's trying to get a bigger butt! Stackin covered some great exercises that will target your glutes and add size, and of course squatting like jonsupps said. One additional thing that can also help outside the gym, especially with you starting out, is just doing butt flexes (sitting or standing) whenever you're alone and your glutes aren't overly sore from the gym. Yeah it sounds corny, but it will add some tone and muscle, and it's time efficient since you can do other things at the same time.
 
Three exercises: Back Squat, Deadlift, Kettlebell swings

KB swings are so underrated. They help shred out an amazing posterior chain and is also an amazing HIIT cardio workout too. Try smashing five sets of ten onto the end of a workout!
