addition to the journals

I have recruited my first big-name lifter to offer his training journal.

His name is Billy Mimnaugh. He is a 2300+ lifter with experience at the national level. His posts can be seen at the goheavy debate forum as well, although they are mostly to tell the small whiners to shut the hell up about how great their feds are (but i digress).......

I have added him to the journal entries off of my main page.

Things are sparse now, but we are working on getting a bio together and putting together some old journals of his.

Take a look if you'd like. His good mornings make me want to cry. I feel like a lilliputian now.

thanks for the links to billy's bio's. now, i have one less thing to nag him about.

if only i could get him to get a digital video camera and film some stuff!

have any of you guys thought about posting your training journal? it's very interesting to see what people are doing on a daily basis.

irish: congrats on the recuit. too bad we all dont have digital cameras. very little says more than a video camera or a well placed quickcam
