I am currently eating 5 meals a day and doing a 40/30/30.
meal #1 cup of oatmeal with a scoop of chocolate isopure
meal# 2 2 scoops of isopure, 50 g of dextrose
meal# 3 2 chicken breast with half a cup of brown rice
meal# 4 4 whole eggs
meal # 5 scoop of pro complex with 2 tbsp of udo choice.
I want to add peanut butter to my oatmeal but I havent since its bad to mix carbs with fat. Do you guys think it would be ok and if so what brand of PB do you recommend.
