Had to look up Bolo Yeung photos.... he has a nice build, but I think that could be done natural. Don't get on the Asian thing either, because I used to have an Asian friend who was around the same size and a lifetime natural (he actually refused to put any drug into his body even alcohol) who busted his ass for 12 years to get where he was. So it is possible.

Back to Bolo. Yeah, he has always been big, but you have to remember that Enter the Dragon was filmed in 1973 and Bloodsport in 1988 when he was 50. If you look at his bio you will see that his first movie role was in 1970. Then also he had first became know for bodybuilding when he won Mr. Hong Kong. If you think he maintained that size and became more defined at 50 then when he was 35 then I think you are smoking something. That plus his connection to bodybuilding makes me think that it has been a part of his life for a long time.

Judge for yourself

I am not saying he didn't juice, he is one of the few mentioned who probably did. Just pointing out that if he really busted his ass and stayed dedicated that body COULD be achieved naturally.

It could be possible. In fact I know a Korean guy that owned some Tae Kwon Do schools back in Oklahoma that I thought maybe was 32-35 at the time. He came in and did a demonstration and he had the same type of build as Bolo. Come to find out that night that he was 54. I was shocked. It might be sterotyping, but maybe Asian's have the ability to maintain that type of physique much longer than others.

I really think Ron Howard used when he was on Happy Days..... :D

I wonder with guys like Brad Pitt if the answer isn't steroids but maybe clean diet, chef, and trainer, along with something like Clenbuterol to shred fat for that cut look. I could see that.

toby maguire spiderman. he has been a pencil neck geek for his whole life. He gets jacked for spiderman then gets little for seabiscuit then gets jacked again for spiderman 2, now he's doing spider man 3 i bet you he's juicin it up right this sec
