Acne from steroids

I'm a female and I ran steroids and I started to develop acne
I was using anavar and winstrol
my friend who is experienced says that it can happen in to not let it worry you but it got so bad that I was even scared to go outside in front of people.
how normal is this type of severe acne with steroids and females and how can I prevent it

you can get acne from steroids for sure
winstrol not good for women
anavar better for women 2.5mgs/day

Obviously you got sides from WINSTROL, sarms are better option for women or sams replacement:CARDAZOL;OSTAZOL;NUTROZOL.
Drink a lot of water and wash effected areas 3 times per day
