I started taking winstrol for mass gains, I'm a 28 year old female and so far I love results but acne on the chest and
forehead is getting out of control, I need and advice on what to use to diminish it , thank you very much.

When my female friend (Samantha, a 23 year old) does a cycle of any of these ( winstrol, trenbolone, test, anavar, deca, Dbol) She buys a really good skin cleaner and rubbing alcohol. I remember her saying that she used it every morning and night while on cycle.
It did help clear things up but there was still some acne.
Her girlfriend who uses higher dosage just leaves it all alone but she does use a really good soap that dry out the skin and a rough washcloth. Never pick or pop any acne. If it pops on its own then clean that area Asap.

How are your mass gains? What kind of progress are you making? How many inches or cm did your muscles grow? How much more weights did you add to your lifts?
I wish you great success in your mass gains [emoji123].

There isn't going to be a whole lot you can do about it. The acne is mainly from hormone fluctuations.

Here are some tips for removing acne:

1. Sun tanning is a very effective means of reducing acne and drying out the skin.

2. Use anti-acne lotions at least once per day. Go to your doctor and ask him to prescribe you a topical acne cream. It'll work better then anything available over the counter and your insurance will cover it.

3. Make sure you are showering 3 times per day: upon waking, after workouts and before bed.

5. Black ointment is extremely effective. It stinks pretty badly, but I am pretty sure you can deal with it for a couple of hours in order to get rid of acne.

6. Baking soda is one of the best natural exfoliants you can use. Gently rub baking soda on your trouble areas when showering to remove layers of dead skin and help remove the acne.

We know males get it. Do what they do. Being female doesn't change the advice.

Being female and taking male hormones suggests a higher risk in my mind
Much more than acne and for me Stanozolol is one of the worst drugs for females. I have no idea why they keep using it.

Hygiene and exfoliation of the affected area at least 2x a day.

Use any mattifying serum that inhibits the production of oil on the skin during the day and any serum with salicylic, glycolic or retinoic acid during the night or some combination of them... be sure to use sunscreen every day because of the acids.

If your acne is very aggressive, best option is cream with adapalene and clindamycin. However, you would need to go to a dermatologist to get a prescription.
