Acne from Dbol?

any steroid can cause acne... ive seen it happen quite a bit on dbol but the reality is any steroid can cause it... anytime there are hormonal fluctuations its something that can occur

As the others have said, steroids cause hormonal swings, and the bigger it is, the greater the chance of acne.
