Hey guys,
I'm trying to put some muscle and I started to do a training adequate to my goal.
The problem is that I can workout 3 days for week and I tried to do
Monday push
Wednesday legs and abs
Friday pull
But on Monday is hard as hell to train shoulders after chest because muscle are already stressed..
Someone knows another good split in 3 days?
