I lost a lot of weight and got back to my normal routine and diet about 2 or 3 months ago but just recently I start running once or twice a week, just so my cardio endurance doesnt disappear.
My question is..when people say you should run for however long, how much should you be running, how many miles? And what time period should you pace it for? That shit always confuses me.
