abdominal wall weirdness

hey guys and gals, I have a question that is rather perplexing me. Everytime I do a bulking cycle my abdominal wall seems to shift outwards. Im not talking about fat on top of the ab muscles (which there is obviously some gain in) but the outward shifting of the muscles themselves. Closest I can come to explaining it is it kinda looks like a GH gut. Any clues as to how to reverse/prevent this? Situps and legraises seem not to be working very well. Thanks in advance.

as they wont anyways, spot reduction by exercise wont happen.

its visceral fat as was said before. the mesentary is a nice sheet of fat sitting under the transverse abdominis which really helps out that slim waistline when bulking (sarcasm). :)

thanks for the responses. I wasnt trying to do spot reduction. I thought it was just the abs being saggy to begin with so I was trying to tighten them up. I wasnt aware of that layer of fat under the muscle though. Never heard anyone talk about it. Thanks guys.
