I've seen no data that suggests normal use has any affect. If its abused then possibly

If you are abusing from the substance maybe but I haven't experienced that neither know someone that has

Absolutely! You may want to do some investigating on pregnenolone and DHEA, and their functions...as these are also neurosteroids. This is also another reason to consider the use of HCG

Alpha P5 is a topical pregnenolone that you may consider trying...it's cheap, around $15 for 30+ days worth.
