A switch in nutrition?

I am at 18% BF and was thinking I should rethink my eating habits. I basically eat junk food, too many carbs, and grease covered meat.

Maybe a hybrid vegan diet would help me? I'll basically eat vegan but throw in lean meats.

eat clean eat fresh eat often. green veggies lean meat and lots of water 6 meals a day majority of carbs in the morning. a few simple carbs during and post workout with your pwo shake. avoid dressings and gravies.

He pretty much hit the nail on the head. Once you get your diet and cardio together the weight will come off. If you start to slow down you could throw a good fat burner in there like n2burn. It will also curb appetite.

I eat fresh spinach broccoli celery kale I season my food with fresh herbs. my meats are chicken breast lean ground beef salmon tuna. I eat steel cut oats and eggs for breakfast and try to only get simple carbs during and immediately after workout. Greek yogurt and cottage cheese are my late night snacks they help sleep and have casein protein. I also drink a casein shake in the am as well as a whey shake before I get going. chicken wraps with spinach are a good snack and also I munch on broccoli throughout the day. fiber helps you feel full. what I do is pre cook a lot of stuff so invest in some portable Tupperware and a thermal lunch box and you can always have your stuff on hand. i eat sweet potatoes with cinnamon and a little Honey when I want sweets. hope that helps a little I know its kinda vague. when you're at the store shop on the outer edge and try to limit dairy intake. but I love my big glass of milk every morning lol

You should defiantly control you diet,So many people are on junk food and fast food nowadays,That is the reason they are gaining weight in young age.
I suggest you to make a diet plan in which you eat vegetables and fruits also.Eat your liking but as less as you can.Like once in a week.Be on light and healthy diet that will help you in staying fit and active.
