How much protein do you consume in 1 day? And at what point do you think it becomes excessive and is no longer bennificial?

If I over do it, I get all gassy. Then its like being around an F'n cessspool.
 
the bare minimum would be 1 g of protein per pound of body weight. if you weigh 200 pounds, then consume 200 grams of protein.
on the juice, ones rate of protein synthesis increases, allowing you to consume and process more protein rather than shit it out.
another key point is that the body will work better when working with an abundance rather then the bare minimum.
i would take in no less than 2g per pound of body weight if your working heavy.
 
IMO, pends on 3 major factors

First factor is Protein synthesis, while you're on roids or any other drug that increase your body's ability in using this Proteins, so more protein can be consumder

Second factor is body weight, there is no needing to mention the reasing

Third factor is digestion, if you're using digestive enzymes or taking certian types of foods that helps in protein digestion such as apple juice which is fulfill with Pectin will let your stomach break down Protein to Amino acids easily, that's you can be sure that's you're not going to loss much Proteins during the digestion process
