Actually yeah there is. I used to do it a while ago when I would do some of those arnold pranks on my friends. Props to Fro for that idea.

He does NOT look like any type of model........especially not fitness.....
All his talk about how big and goodlooking he is---I think his site is really just a joke to make himself feel better.
