heres a pic of me now.. im working on getting an old pic up too.. tell me what you think of the change from mid June, to this new one.. which is 2 weeks old.. so late August.
with building muscle at the same time.. not serious training.. but work, and some training.. i went from 260, at 6'2 and a near 42 inch waist.. to a 38 and shrinking waste, 230, and i hear everyone telling me ive lost weight.. its a great feeling.. i did this in <2 months.. mainly with just watching carbs, and getting active (from job, love my stocking job for its changes to me)
heres an old full body pic.. taken at same time as the old face pic.. ill try to get a full body pic of me now.. ive still got a gut.. but otherwise, i feel i have changed a considerable amount.
I know the feeling - I was pretty fat 12 months ago.
Wish I had taken some pics of me then - would have been some kinda of before and after as well.
The motivation needed to keep going at it is tough, but worth it.
Just keep hitting the weights, the larger muscles help out a lot.
