In our house there is always whole wheat pasta cooked and in the fridge. I will chop some sun dried tomatoes, olives and capers and put them aside. In a pan heat a bit of olive oil and toss in some minced garlic, crushed red pepper flakes and italian seasonings and heat for a few seconds. Add either (or all) shrimp, cooked chicken, or pork loin and then add the cooked pasta and mix all together. Heat for a minute or two. You could add some grated cheese (or cottage cheese) on top, drizzle with a bit of evoo and eat. It takes about 5 minutes to make.
