Burning by no means was I criticizing you - bulkin/cutting are all in summation a concept of fitness, healthy well-being. Bulking is no different from cutting the difference is in calorie intake, but should be just as scrutinized/monitored as a cutting diet. Gaining 30lbs off a bulker might sound impressive - but when you realize now you have to shed 15lbs of that to look like you actually work out, then....
BTW: I was not aware that gaining fat on a bulker was a given; whatever..
If you gain 30lbs and can net a lean 15, hell I'd take that everytime.........shedding the excess 15 a being ripped, in addition to 15lbs heavier, is quite impressive..........
HOWEVER, my preference is to gain 1-1.5lns of lean (or as lean as possible) a week...........I'm in no rush..........
