A fresh, "new" perspective on dieting

Thank you!
Burning by no means was I criticizing you - bulkin/cutting are all in summation a concept of fitness, healthy well-being. Bulking is no different from cutting the difference is in calorie intake, but should be just as scrutinized/monitored as a cutting diet. Gaining 30lbs off a bulker might sound impressive - but when you realize now you have to shed 15lbs of that to look like you actually work out, then....:o

BTW: I was not aware that gaining fat on a bulker was a given; whatever..

If you gain 30lbs and can net a lean 15, hell I'd take that everytime.........shedding the excess 15 a being ripped, in addition to 15lbs heavier, is quite impressive..........

HOWEVER, my preference is to gain 1-1.5lns of lean (or as lean as possible) a week...........I'm in no rush..........

thats not the point though... what if you gain 20 lbs via a controlled bulking phase, 15 of which are lbm?

NOW which would you rather have?

it also boils down to this:

I'm still not completely over the deal where food gives me pleasure. Like about 99% of the rest of the population. Now I'm sorry but i like my goddamn pizza and cake while I'm bulking. Now the point is this, would you rather eat drink and be merry a few months out of the year and sacrifice gaining a few extra pounds or be completely miserable 24/7/365?

NOW which would you rather have? :p

I agree totally..........people are so obsessed with carbs that they over analyze shit....

keep it to oats, brown rice, and veggies and carbs aint your problem.......it's total calorie intake!

so simple yet so overlooked......
