So I am 25.I have been training about four years and at 5 ft 7 I bench 275 and squat 400 so I believe I have built up an adequte natty base.
What I am wondering about is hair loss.Obviously test is best so the default plan for a first cycle seems to be 500mg/week(I live in the UK so getting good test is no problem). Has anyone ever here experienced hair loss on a dose like that?
I have a full head of hair right now,my father still has a full head at 50 whereas my mother's father went bald very early.I believe it is inherited from mother's father but I may be wrong, but I believe there are multiple genetic components to hairloss besides what you inherit.
I know using finesterade to prevent it but I have also read some horror stories of permanent side effects like ED so I would be leaning towards not wanting to have to use it.I know there are topical solutions which can be slightly effective it seems,so I would use them obviously.
My second question is relating to a "safer" hair loss cycle.I have read that deca is hair loss friendly.I know It should be run in conjuction with test as it causes shutdown but what I am wondering is will "low test" plus moderate deca be safer for my hair compared to just "moderate test"(500mg/week)
Do you think I could gain a comporable amount of muscle on my first cycle using deca as the "main" compound with a smaller amount of test to counteract the shutdown compared to a just test cycle?any pros/cons to this approach?
Appreciate any insight guys
EDIT:In searching about deca I have come across NPP,which from what I read seems to be pretty much superior to deca reading the "deca vs npp" article on this site. So I guess you could also sub in NPP for deca in the questions asked above. It seems expensive looking at my source though but I dont mind paying the extra really.I am also reading that nandrolone acts as a 5 alpha reductase inhibitor so less DHT(ie the thing that accelerates hair loss) is produced when deca is stacked with the test. But I am not sure if there is any truth to that
