When you reduce your load by 10%, you can either reduce intensity (rests betweeen sets) or the weight. and this is by 10% of your workout leading up to your west week.
Some days, the author prescribes "max" instead of 3x5. does he mean just jump in witha few warm up sets and preform your 1rm? how many times should your 1rm be preformed
