it is fucking blistering hot up here, no ac just some fucking fans and of course none of them by the only squat rack.
I wa;l in the gym and they are playing phil Collins WTF
So I go up to the desk clerk and ask him to put on the local rock station, he was a decent guy he changed the chanel and pumped up the volume, thank god.
Full Squat ATF 135 x5, 225 x5, 275x5. work sets 315 3x8 these were tough as hell today cause of the heat but I had good form and nice speed out of the hole. Next up 185x20, this one wiped me out man I ended up lying on the ground for about 5 minutes as I tryed to catch my breath and not over heat to death.
Hack squats 190 2x10 great pump in the quads, I put my feet low and work on quads for these, figure these will help with the sled as well.
SLDL 275 2x10* pr, these were great my grip was strong throughout the whole sets I think this might be a 20lbs pr, all I know is I had moe left but I didn't want to push it.
Zerchers squats 185 2x6 akward at first but got into a real groove on the second set. I could have done more but with the heat I was already pushing to hard since I started to get real dizzy.
All in all not a bad day, just the heat was really getting to me. But hopefully I will get stronger, calves and weighted abs tomorrow
