The Seminoles will be looking to start off the season on a winning note Monday when they host the Hurricanes at Doak Campbell Stadium.

The Hurricanes are favored slightly in this one by the bookmakers, who opened the game at -2.5.

The Hurricanes dominated on defense last season and came through with an 8-3 record. Miami will turn to unexperienced QB Kyle Wright to lead the offense this season.

Florida St. also posted an 8-3 mark last year. The Seminoles offense will go as far as the powerful running back tandem of Leon Washington and Lorenzo Booker will take them.
