The Nebraska Cornhuskers and Southern Cal Trojans will both be trying to pick up a win on Saturday when they battle at Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.

Oddsmakers currently have the Trojans listed as 17½-point favorites versus the Cornhuskers, while the game's total has not yet been posted.

The Cornhuskers won a laugher against Nicholls State last week, scoring 14 points in all four quarters in a 56-7 victory. Nebraska quarterback Zac Taylor went 19-of-23 for 202 yards passing in the Week 2 win, with four touchdown tosses and zero interceptions. Marlon Lucky rushed for 103 yards and a score on the day.

The Trojans pounded the Arkansas Razorbacks 50-14 the last time out in their season opener. USC covered the 8.5-point spread, while the game's final score went OVER the posted total of 50.

John David Booty threw three touchdown passes in the win, completing 24-of-36 pass attempts for 260 yards, and the Trojans racked up 472 total yards.
