The Maryland Terrapins and West Virginia Mountaineers will both be gunning for a victory when they meet at Mountaineer Field at Milan Puskar Stadium on Thursday.
Oddsmakers currently have the Mountaineers listed as 17½-point favorites versus the Terrapins, while the game's total is sitting at 47.
The Terrapins were able to beat Middle Tennessee State in their last game 24-10. Maryland was a 24-point favourite in that game and were unable to cover the spread.
Sam Hollenbach completed 11 of 16 passes for 139 yards and ran for a touchdown for the Terrapins in the win.
West Virginia pounded Eastern Washington by a score of 52-3 last week, putting up double-digit point totals in all four quarters. Steve Slaton ran for 103 yards and two touchdowns for the Mountaineers in that victory, while the West Virginia defense held their opponents to just a second-quarter field goal.
