8 week layoff

Ahhh, 8 weeks of no gym, no lifting, practically no exercise except for dancing allnight at the clubs.
After being layed off from work, my diet went south fast, barely had enough money to pay rent, let alone grab 4k calories a day.
I have my financials straight again, and I'm hungry for the gym. Getting ready to go right now. How long to regain lost muscle mass? What is a good program to recondition myself with? I know all about muscle memory, but is there a way to speed up the regaining process, or do I just suffer the growing pains again?
 
Back from my workout! My strength has not really dropped at all, my endurance is lower, but hell, nothing a lil work can't handle.
This year is gonna be awesome :fro:
 
I took 5 days off my diet when i was traveling over the summer and i lost a good deal of weight/strength

keep it up and grow
 
Thanks, bros. I figure a layoff isn't too bad, I am so hungry for gains now, i can't stop thinking about it. :D
