Boy sure is difficult to reach my 200 lb goal. From a senior in high school(1990) weighing 110 lbs to now, at 192 lbs. Newbie at this, only did sus 250 for 6 wks and 10 wks (3/98 and 4/02) gaining 17 lbs each time while consuming 4500 cal/day. Having very fast metabolism doesn't help at all. Any way to slow it down??? Turning 30 in a month, so...... Next should be sus and eq for 3rd cycle.
