8%-5% question about protien and longevity of nitrogen balance

im about 6feet5 225 and about 8 percent bodyfat with cut up abs and everything. but have just a little more fat to loose. im a firm believer that i only need about half my bodyweight in protien (i get about 110 grams + or -). I am also on a tight ass budget too. I had an interesting idea to get even lower bodyfat.

I already cycle my carbs or low carb for a couple days then higher carb for a day. My diet isnt too set in stone some days i try to eat less somedays i eat what i want. Basically consisting of canned beans and veggies and fruits and skim milk and little meat.

well anways i like to go to the Golden Corral buffet alot because i can eat all of the fried chicken breasts and steak i want (i dont eat all the fat and skin on the fried chicken just some of the crunchy good stuff).

when im at the buffet i eat about 10-13 chicken breasts and some steak and wont eat anything for the rest of the day.

i was wondering how long would i be in positive protien nitrogen balance from all that chicken?

i was thinking like everyother day hit the buffet and just eat the chicken and steak, my only carbs would be the catchup to put on the chicken. and everyother day i would just eat my healthy regular foods like my canned corn canned beans canned peas and fruits with very little protien to make room for alot of healthy carbs. im shooting for under 30 grams of protien everyother day

would my positive nitrogen balance have any over spill into the next day. i know this sounds silly but i can save alot of money with this approach and possibly get even more shredded

i currently do alot of high volume cardio and boxing and lifting weights of course.

i beleive i read somewhere that chicken takes like 5 hours to go through your system so i would think that with all the chicken i eat at the buffet it may take 2 or 3 times that long

hopefully someone out there with alot of knowledge about protien can help.

regardless what the calories are from, overeating like that can raise cortisol levels undesireably.

dont know whats up with this crazy diet shit, if u want to be even more cut just eat lean meats throughout the day, nothing else, lift, and cardio
u will then realize how shitty fat storage is, it will go away in no time

if i just eat lean meats my metabolism will drop. the body is main source of fuel is carbs

more carbs make you gain muscle

less carbs make you loose fat

excess carbs make you gain fat when your stores are already full

too little carbs you stop loosing fat and feel shitty and your progress comes to a hault

thats why i cycle them

im already shredded with viens running up my abs but i am still able to pinch a small amount on my glutes and little bit on my lower stomach.

im going for the freaky ripped look.

im on a tight budget thats why i try to eat cheap foods.

it would be so cool if i can get away with extra protien spillover into the next day. i can get the buffet for about 6 bucks!!!!!reaaallll cheap.

but if i were to buy actuall meat it would cost alot more to prepare it.

protien powders digest too quickly

Have you been doing this already? If so, it`s working, since you`re ripped up. If not Try it. Even if it does`nt work 100%, you`ll get an idea of how your body responds and take it from there. Good luck and you`re doing a good job btw.

thanks for the encouragement buddy. its been a long hard road of trial and error to change my bodyfat set point to where it is right now.

im not shure if i will do this diet or not. i wish someone here could present some concrete data showing the longevity of nitrogen balance of a large protien meal and how much spillover goes into the next day.

but hell i may just give it a shot
