bench warmups: 45x8, 135x8, 225x5
add50 bench program: 270x3, 270x3, 285x2, 285x2, 315xnegative
6-8 inch lockouts: 225x5, 275x3, 315x3, 335x2
tate presses: 50s x 10, 60s x 8
pushdowns: stack x 8, 120 x 15
shrugs: 135x20, 185x20
rear delt raises
benches went up pretty easy. the negative felt really light
i'm out of state for another month so i dont have boards. i'm going to get my shirt altered and sent here so i can do reps in it.
my program for now consists of a 'add 50' bench routine that's 2 days a week. i will do lockout stuff after bench on one session and on the next session i will do benching and low-end work.
i hope to bench 365-385 raw and mid 400's shirted by the end of august and before i turn 16
my weak point is off the bottom and in the middle of the lift. so its not too bad that i'll have a break from the boards and im focusing on the push off the bottom (raw) and shoulders.
