by .95 is what I'm sayin is they were supposed to collect .95
so if you just straight double the bet amount the george 10% tax will account for this
so they get paid roughly .875
as they're being taxed on the their original wager

I could give you the exact formula but it's not worth it
when I fuck up I usually over account for the tax and extra pay the little guys
the big guys aren't fussy
