Holy Shit!
I just pcs'd to fort carson from south carolina. First let me start by saying I got light headed from just the drive. Next lets move onto my first 2 mile run, normally I can run it in 12:30. I barely made the run in 18 mins!!!!
Now lets foward to my first day in the gym. Ever exerices, I mean every exercise, I was struggling with 75% of what I can normally do. Anybody have any advice on what I can do to atleast get to where I was at before I left south carolina.

Generally speaking, it takes your body 3 days for every 1000 feet of increased altitude to acclimate. You will get there, t just may take week or two.

This is why marathoners, and other endurance athletes train at high altitudes, or do so by buying devices that lower the partial pressure of O2 and wearing them while they train.
