Well im into week two of Sustanon 250 twice a week. Just a bit of a background on this, I'm 5'5, 150lbs, 21yrs old. I have been training since i was 14 yrs old. First time i ever worked out with my cousin who is an ABBA (Alberta) BB. And i've trained beside him ever since. I always looked up to him as a role model, and it looks like i have followed in his footsteps. The thing that kept me motivated since then was a quote by Frank Mcgrath I had read the very first day i worked out that read
"Today, if I could look back and see my face as that young kid who walked into the gym for the first time, I’ll tell you what I’d see. A little fear mingled with something greater. Hunger... A face burning with desire... A kid who had something to prove and wanted all the world to know it. In the years between, I’ve learned a couple things. First, the only person you have anything to prove to is yourself. Second, you can watch life with your nose pressed up against the glass. Or you can swing the doors open and step inside."
And that showed me that one day i too can look like McGrath. No matter how long it takes me to get there. That's my goal is to get to his size, and the thing is at 5'5, 150lbs. I had reached my genetic potential i believe. My parents are both tiny, my mom is 5'2, maybe 100lbs (very thin!) and my dad is taller 5'11 maybe 165-175lbs. So i'm not looking to be his size but to the same general type of body image he has in retrospect to my size.
I have looked through forums, read as much as i could over the last 6 months and made my decision that when i came down to mazatlan for 6 weeks i was going to take gear. I buy oregon sustanon 250, from the farmicia the thing is this shit motherfucking hurts, post injection! I've pinned my quads the first week and my glutes the are for the second. First week it took me a full 7 days to finally have no pain in my quads. I dont know if i want to do delts with this shit... i prob wont be able to move my arms haha. And i dont want it to interfere with my workout! Why does sust cause so much pain? Is it because of the fast acting esters? I think i will stick to quads and glutes...
This is my 3 major lifts first week. I thought that would give you basic idea. I try on concentrate most on contraction and the stretch more then the weight. If you want a list of more excersizes and weight and reps performed just let me know. But till then im going to keep you updated on weight gained. And amount of weight and reps. We wont worry about sets because most a performed in sets of 4. I will update at the end of every week.
Week 1: 150lbs
Bench 185lbs X 8reps
Squat 225 X 10 reps
Deadlift 270 X 10 reps
