6 weeks cycle of Sustanon 250 and background

Well im into week two of Sustanon 250 twice a week. Just a bit of a background on this, I'm 5'5, 150lbs, 21yrs old. I have been training since i was 14 yrs old. First time i ever worked out with my cousin who is an ABBA (Alberta) BB. And i've trained beside him ever since. I always looked up to him as a role model, and it looks like i have followed in his footsteps. The thing that kept me motivated since then was a quote by Frank Mcgrath I had read the very first day i worked out that read

"Today, if I could look back and see my face as that young kid who walked into the gym for the first time, I’ll tell you what I’d see. A little fear mingled with something greater. Hunger... A face burning with desire... A kid who had something to prove and wanted all the world to know it. In the years between, I’ve learned a couple things. First, the only person you have anything to prove to is yourself. Second, you can watch life with your nose pressed up against the glass. Or you can swing the doors open and step inside."

And that showed me that one day i too can look like McGrath. No matter how long it takes me to get there. That's my goal is to get to his size, and the thing is at 5'5, 150lbs. I had reached my genetic potential i believe. My parents are both tiny, my mom is 5'2, maybe 100lbs (very thin!) and my dad is taller 5'11 maybe 165-175lbs. So i'm not looking to be his size but to the same general type of body image he has in retrospect to my size.

I have looked through forums, read as much as i could over the last 6 months and made my decision that when i came down to mazatlan for 6 weeks i was going to take gear. I buy oregon sustanon 250, from the farmicia the thing is this shit motherfucking hurts, post injection! I've pinned my quads the first week and my glutes the are for the second. First week it took me a full 7 days to finally have no pain in my quads. I dont know if i want to do delts with this shit... i prob wont be able to move my arms haha. And i dont want it to interfere with my workout! Why does sust cause so much pain? Is it because of the fast acting esters? I think i will stick to quads and glutes...

This is my 3 major lifts first week. I thought that would give you basic idea. I try on concentrate most on contraction and the stretch more then the weight. If you want a list of more excersizes and weight and reps performed just let me know. But till then im going to keep you updated on weight gained. And amount of weight and reps. We wont worry about sets because most a performed in sets of 4. I will update at the end of every week.

Week 1: 150lbs
Bench 185lbs X 8reps
Squat 225 X 10 reps
Deadlift 270 X 10 reps

very doubtfull that you are at your genetic potential... though i dont think that is a necessity to start cycling...
the most important factors are having proper knowlege and execution of diet and training... so post up your diet bro...

also if you are looking for an injection site that is less painfull, try and find the ventro glute... it is a bit below your hip bone, if you raise your leg, like bringing your knee up to waise level, you might see a little muscle there ball up, thats the ventro glute...
dont keep your leg up when pinning, just stand up and be still, but put your weight on the other leg... if you search around you might find a vid or pics to better help you, but this is the most pain free site IMO...
also delts are not bad, less pain then quads for me...
 
Alright here's the diet.
6am(1 cup of cooked oats) (either 5egg whites or/ 2 cans of tuna)(1 animal vit pak)
8am(1 cup chicken breast)(with one medium diced potatoe)
10am(1 banana)(2 peanut butter sandwich's)(1 500ml milk with 35g whey protein)
12pm(1 cup chicken breast)(1cup rice)
2pm(2-3 hardboiled eggs)(1 banana)
5pm(1 cup rice) (2 cans tuna) (2tbl spoons vegetable oil)
8pm(1 potatoe)(1 cup chicken breast)
10-11pm(1 cup cottage cheese/or 50g whey shake)(1 peanut butter sandwich)
If i wake up in the middle of the night I have a 20g protein whey shake. I'm not going to bother putting in types of veges or fruits because they vary everyday. I also get around 4L of water a day. Especially here in mexico i sweat like a mofo!

exactly, why take the stairs when you can take the elevator...
your diet looks good, just make sure you keep up after your cycle and you will be golden...

just re read your first post... just 1mL of sust 250/wk? maybe a bit low, even for first cycle... i would reccomend twice a week pin the sust 250 on (for example) monday morning and thursday night, you will get more stable blood levels that way...
 
exactly, why take the stairs when you can take the elevator... Good way of saying it! Haha also the elevator may not be as a healthy choice as the stairs but you will get there twice as fast!
your diet looks good, just make sure you keep up after your cycle and you will be golden... Thanks, hopefully i can keep some weight on after im done the 6 weeks by keeping the diet in place! I've gone into this not expecting much, because i dont want to become depressed with some loss after cycle. It's more of a two steps forward one step back approach, which in my mind still leaves me one step ahead from before!

Its actually 2 amps a week! 250mg twice a week.

I'd run it a lil longer since sust will peak around week 6-8 long estered tests are better run at 12 weeks

Thanks for the feedback, i was thinking the same, except i would have to try and find a reliable source to buy from when i returned home and i dont know any. I think i would be in too much of a rush if i was to do that, i would be scrambling to look. But if i able able to find a source then yes i will continue for 10-12 weeks.

it would be fairly safe to mail yourself some gear... just disguise the package as good as you can, maybe pack some amps in some bags of candy or somthing... worst case scenario is it gets taken by customs...

Haha that means it has to go through customs twice no? Because i live in Canada. So would it be checked as the US? And then again at the Canadian border? As far as mailing reading about people receiving a "controlled package" it just seems to risky to me.
