Title says it all. I'm planing on doing a short 6 week cycle to come out of the Christmas season in January. I've read up about shorter cycles with fast caters being a success as they can be more frequent. Dabbling with long esters for 12-15 weeks isn't enough for me anymore, as I seem to plateau after 8-10 weeks. So I'm giving this a shot.
Currently I am still holding size from my last cycle but very soft looking as my diet has been all over the place. I'm planning on running a Super rip blend (excel pharma) which is made up of 100mg of Test Prop, 50mg of Tren A, 50mg of Mast p for a total of 200mg per ml. The plan is to run 1cc every other day, with 50mg of tren Every other day added. So would look like this:
400mg of Test Prop a week
400mg of Tren Acetate a week
200mg of Mast P a week
Ai's:
Arimidex 0.5mg eod
Pramipexole 0.25mgs ed before bed
For 6 weeks. This will be a lean bulk/body composition cycle. Looking to lean down, harden up and bring out the vascularity whilst still remaining full and growing. My diet will be on point 6-8 clean meals a day, carb sources being mainly sweet potatoe and brown rice. Protein sources being Fish, Chicken Breast and egg whites. Cardio 4 times a week on an empty stomach with bcaas and weight Training will be as much as possible.
Any advice? Would love to here any diet manipulation I might be able to use vice versa with carb timing. Thanks
