The Cleveland Cavaliers and the San Antonio Spurs will both be gunning for a victory on Thursday night when they meet at AT&T Center in Game 1 of the 2007 NBA Finals.

Oddsmakers currently have the Spurs listed as 7½-point favorites versus the Cavaliers, while the game's total has not yet been posted.

The Cavaliers defeated the Detroit Pistons 98-82 in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Finals last time. The Cavs easily covered the 2-point spread at home, and the combined 180 points made it OVER the posted total of 173.5.

Daniel Gibson led the Cavaliers with a game-high 31 points, and LeBron James added 20 points for Cleveland in the series-clinching win.

The Spurs eliminated the Utah Jazz from the postseason last time out with a 109-84 win in Game 5 of the Western Conference Finals.

The Spurs easily covered the 8-point spread at home, and the final score made it OVER the posted total of 188.5.

Tony Parker and Tim Duncan each tossed in 21 points for the Spurs in the win, while shooting over 51% from outside the paint.
