I was on a 5-1 MLB real money betting streak (and I bet underdogs often in MLB)
I had KC in that game for my lone loss

despite that one game gem I'm not impressed with the lester pitching stats
49K to 36BB does not represent a good command
take out that one night wonder and it's 40 strikeouts to 32 walks

shields has 58K to 17BB
that's 3.4 K for every walk
that's good stuff
he's fooling hitters and hitting his spots

spartacus never looks at ERA
it's a dumb stat and has no forecasting value
