What would be another good exercise for the 5x5 tricep day, instead of close grip benches.....because for me I dont feel like they isolate it enough, and its working chest too much. Pushdowns? Frenchs? skull crushers? what would be the best for 5x5?
I'm doing 5X5 some days with skull crushers... but honestly... if you aren't hitting it with close grip bench you are probably doing something wrong. Close grip bench hits tris great.
