well there is really no other time during the day that I can fit it in. I work from 8am-6pm or sometimes till 7 or 8pm then I have to go home and tend to my family (ie. cook dinner for my son and husband, homework with my son, etc and get him ready for bed, etc). 5am is really the only time I can do this if I am going to do this at all.

before I was working hours like this, I had a job where i could come and go as i pleased and I went at anytime during the workday. that was much more convenient. plus when you're single, you dont have to be responsible for anyone but yourself so you can go to the gym anytime you're not at work.

I headed out at 4:45AM, did my 20 minutes in the pool and still made it to work by 7:20AM.... I've been going in the mornings even on the weekends. The days are getting longer and the pool hasn't been so cold. Will be real warm here in a couple minutes so I am figurin on gettin myself nice and tight NOW. :)

I have been too tired to go in the evenings. So I figure this way I can free up my evenings to work on other projects that I have been wanting to complete.
 
you should go to the gym with 110% intensity and the fuel to get the benefits out of your training, othewise your just killing time.
