50mg Winstrol Capsule - Bad to take all at one?

The capsules I got are 50mg and i'm wondering if I should some how split them up or just not worry about it and take it at once?

Also, anyone know the half-life of winstrol?

What do you guys think?

messy but you can spit it up if you want , just get extra capsules ...i had some milk thistle and i dumped it out and added some in each of those caps and worked fine-

Take the 50 mgs at once. Winstrol has a sufficient half-life. Better peak blood plasma concentrations as well.

i like 25 am and 25 no later than 5 pm.. im all about consistent blood levels
