I did my first cycle at 250mg per week and made good gains (about 15 lbs) with no sides except a little nut shrinkage. For anyone who did only 250mg first cycle and then bumped the next cycle up to 500mg per week; what were the results? Were there increased sides? were the gains about the same or is there a night and day difference between 250mg and 500mg?
