S satchboogie Guest Jun 18, 2003 #5 for mass, 5000 is ideal. you'll grow like a fuckin wild weed. best advice i can give is to eat as much healthy foods as possible. shy away from ice cream and saturated fats, but eat a shitload of everything else. 600-800 cals every 2-3 hours should be good.
