50/20/30 split sounds wrong what did I f up?

Ok, 66+(13.7xwgt) + (1.8x hgt) - 4.7x age

So: 13.7 x 190+66= 2669
1.8x6.0=10.8
4.7x30=141

so I hv 2538.8 for total calorie intake.
X50%=1304 of protien!?
X20%=507 of fat
X30%=761 of carbs

Doesnt sound rite.
 
No 50% of the calories need to be protein and so on and so forth. So like what a chicken breast is 110 cal 20g protein. So that's 110 of the 1300 or so cal of protein u need to eat.

How do i know how many cal. Are protien? Or just take total off the turkey, chicken.... Bc you hv cal from fat, carb, ect....

That's a pretty high protein diet, how much do you weigh?

That's 326g protein
56g fat
190g carb

yikes dude. might wanna rethink that one unless you are 250+

Protein and carbs are 4 cals/g

Fat is 9 cals/g
