CIN: Harang(4-1, 4.35 ERA)
COL: Fogg(2-1, 4.72 ERA)
Cincinnati (19-9) at Colorado (16-12) 8:35 pm EDT
DENVER (Ticker) -- The usually potent Cincinnati Reds are out for redemption after a rare shutout loss at hitter-friendly Coors Field.
Cincinnati tries to win for the ninth time in 11 games and gain a split of their two-game series against the Colorado Rockies when the division leaders meet Thursday.
Ranked second in the major leagues with 158 runs, the Reds managed just four hits and were blanked by the Rockies for the first time in Wednesday's 3-0 loss.
Jeff Francis struck out five in seven innings for his first win of the season and Matt Holliday had three hits and drove in a pair of runs for Colorado.
The Rockies give the ball to Josh Fogg (2-1, 4.73 ERA), who had a solid outing in his only previous home start against San Diego on April 18, when he surrendered one run and five hits in 6 1/3 innings.
Aaron Harang (4-1, 4.35) looks for his fifth straight victory for Cincinnati. He yielded three runs and five hits in 7 2/3 innings of Saturday's win against Houston.
The Reds lead the Astros by one-half game in the National League Central Division, while Colorado is one game ahead of Arizona in the West.
