4th of july diet

this is going to be a tough gameplan tomorrow.....this is the second week on my ckd diet....good results so far...lost 1 pound...look a little leaner. took in about 500g of carbs yesterday for my carb up day mostly whole wheat pasta. muscles looked nice and full before bedtime last night. tomorrow will be a true test....not having 20g of carbs will be rough considering i'm the one hosting the bbq lol. gotta suck it up and not drink any beer...oh well.....maybe i'll have a few bacardi and diets instead :) have fun everyone and be safe!
 
I planned on having my cheat meal tomorrow but flubbed it & did it yesterday......so I guess it's back on track today AND tomorrow....hmpf!
 
i'll train today....do some hiit 1st thing tomorrow....and then cross my fingers
 
haha....i'm not sure how bad cheating on a ckd diet is....i ate a ton of fat today and about 8g of carbs....i'm gonna try and eat burgers and dogs without the buns...maybe a few spareribs with bbq sauce...
