Hey guys, that time of the year again and I'm looking for advice on my next cycle.
Only 3 cycles under my belt (one per year for the last three), as I got into gear only recently.
Quick background: I know my stats are small compared the beasts around here, but I've considering I graduated HS at 125lbs, I'm feeling good about things. Got to 160 natty, but managed to up my base weight to 175. My first 2 cycles were pretty conservative Test and EQ.
Below is last winter's cycle.
Looking to put on another 5-10lbs of sustainable weight, while avoiding a ton of water weight, and ED. Willing to do the work so I don't need a quick fix, just looking to level up on the next go round. Keep in mind I'm a small frame guy (wrists like a little girl).
