JKurz and BFA, I've got to agree with you guys there. If something seems to work very well for you, don't change it until it stops working, or you are absolutely convinced something else will work better. If you can get to 5% bf on 500 grams of carbs a day, then more power too you, keep doing it. While I feel my dietary ideals are going to be pretty close to ideal for ALOT of people, who's to say for certain? Not I. That's why we try new things, experiment, research and keep an open mind to new ideas, if they have reasonable science to back them. I for one am very turned off by these gurus who say only their ideas are right, and anyone who doesn't follow their exact diet and training methods is a total idiot and will not make progress. If I come across that way, ever, please tell me and I'll be the first to apologize and admit that I certainly do not believe that way. Props to both of you guys.
