Hey bra - would you post your daily diet ritual and your stats....seems like you are a EFA fanatic and I'm just curious as to what you eat....I've always gone HIGH protein, Moderate Carbs, and LOW fat....but I may change......could you post you intake along with times, etc.? Much karma bra -
 
My current diet, average day.
-5 ibs of ground turkey, not the lean stuff, but I do cook on my george forman grill.
-romaine lettace, enough to fill about 3/4 of a gallon jug. I make salids with this and my turkey. SOmetimes I dice cucumbers or broccolli on it
-salid dressing, low carb, olive oil based.
-one scoop of why isolate, post workout, with 2 tbs of flaxseed oil. On days I do cardio I drink another shake after my cardio.
-3 g fish oil in the morning, 3 more before bed

Some days I cut out 2-3 ibs of the turkey and eat an entire jar of natural peanut butter or a several cups of macadmia nutts or walnutts. I carb up once a week. It might last 1 day, or up to 2 depending on how I feel.

Stats in my avatar (haven't taken any measurements since I took those pictures, however I am up 16 ibs)

5'9" 200 ibs
Chest 50.5"
thighs 28"
waist 32"
arms 17.5" (have probably gained an inch since then, people have commented that my chest and arms look a lot bigger)
calves 18"

-Bench 455 X3 (had to stop benching due to reoccuring injury, now doing strictly machine work for chest)
-Squat 505X5
-Deadlift 615 X1 (with wraps though)
Incuded lifts for those who are interested, although I'm a bodybuilder not a powerlifter/strongman

Actually, I've learned to enjoy the foods I eat, even though they are quite bland my normal standards. Welcome to the world of bodybuilding. I was over 30% bf when I started training 3 1/2 years ago, so for me eating clean is a requirement. During my first bulking cycle I hit 20% bf again, 12 weeks after doing my first show (calipered 4% one week out). Junk food bulking is not an option for me. I'm not genetical cut out for it, especially when I'm so conscious of my appearance and body fat level.
 
What do you eat before doing cardio? Welcome to the life of bodybuilding??? Cmon bra- I'm about 6% and enjoy "some" variety.....oats, steak, stir fry....fish, chx, peanuts......yams w/ splenda and fake butter....myoplex....milk......you aren't getting paid, don't treat it as such....just my 2ccs......

Although the jar of peanut butter sounds awesome.......I'd puke 1/2 way through though......
 
Jkurz, I don't eat the entire jar in one sitting. I snack on it all day. Before cardio? Turkey salid or peanut butter. LoL

Oh, carb up days aren't so clean. I might make some clean food with brown rice or whole wheat pasta, but sometimes I'll hit the pizza and ice cream when I really need a cheat day.
 
Ya, not everyone can eat with a shovel and not gain bf.
I was around 20% bf after a VERY sloppy diet my first year training seriously, and I didn't know as much about diet or correct training.

I'm not being quite as extreme as BBF, but I can definately see the necessity for it. I'm allowing a little more freedom, (potatos, rice, etc.) even some cheating on saturdays. If the BF gain is still too much though I may have to do something similar.

Think of it this way: The less bf you gain, the shorter your cutting cycle has to be.

Awsome dedication to keep that diet man. Hats off to ya!
