- The division rival San Jose Sharks and Anaheim Ducks are set to renew hostilities on Wednesday when they meet at Honda Center.
The Sharks ripped Los Angeles 6-3 as a -380 favorite last time out. The eight goals scored went OVER the posted over/under total (5.5).
Jonathan Cheechoo scored a hat trick and Joe Thornton had four assists for San Jose.
Andy McDonald scored twice, including the game-winner as the Ducks got past the St. Louis Blues 3-2 in overtime Saturday night. Anaheim won the game on the road as -190 favorites, and the final score fell UNDER the posted over/under (5.5).
Scott Niedermayer also scored on the power play for the Ducks and Jean-Sebastien Giguere made 20 saves.
