- The Los Angeles Angels and the Chicago White Sox will both be trying to pick up a win on Saturday when they battle at U.S. Cellular Field.

The Angels will pin their hopes on the pitching of righthander Jered Weaver in this game. Weaver has a 0-2 record and a 9.39 ERA this season.

Starting this game for the White Sox will be ace Jon Garland. The righthander has a 3.95 ERA to go along with a 0-1 record this season.

Oddsmakers currently have the White Sox listed as 125-moneyline favorites versus the Angels, while the game's total has not yet been posted.

Los Angeles fell victim to the long-ball in Friday's 7-3 loss at Chicago, falling as road underdogs at 100. The ten runs scored were OVER the posted total of 9.

Ervin Santana (2-3) was knocked for four runs on five hits over 5 2/3 innings, and Casey Kotchman was 1-for-4 with a homer and two RBI for the Angels.

Jermaine Dye hit two of Chicago's three home runs, as the White Sox were home favorites at -120. Jose Contreras (2-2) was replaced after 6 1/3 innings, giving up three runs on seven hits. A.J. Pierzynski hit a solo shot for the White Sox.
